Cooking class – we demonstrate usually between 3-5 healthy recipes and let you taste test afterward.

We also allow time for sharing local info, recipes, ideas, restaurants, new products, etc.

We love to have you attend our monthly class on the 3rd Sunday of every month at 3 PM at the Port Charlotte Seventh Day Adventist Church, in the Grand Hall. Please lookup Rachael and Harry Selent, organizers and hosts of the event and introduce yourself, we’d love to meet you.
