A *FREE* Whole Food Plant Based Vegan Cooking Demo – “How Not To Diet”

Hello Friends,
We have some exciting news! We will be leading a cooking demo called, How Not To Diet – Veganuary Celebration – Getting Fit & Healthy with a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet on January 26th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Henderson Natural Grocers, and you’re invited.
Join us for a special cooking demo featuring delicious plant based dishes. These recipes are whole food, plant based, gluten free, oil free, vegan, easy to cook and absolutely delicious. There will be lots of good food to sample, recipes and fun informative talk. We’ll be featuring healthy dishes that will make transitioning to a whole-food, plant-based, vegan diet even easier for you and your family.
We will be focusing on Meal Prep ideas and sharing a few evidence based weight loss tips from Dr Greger’s latest book “How Not To Diet”. We will also be raffling a copy at the end of this cooking demo.
Last but certainly not least, the class is totally FREE! So bring as many friends and family as you would like. Sometimes it takes an unacquainted face to show friends and family that healthier habits are accessible.
12:30 – 1pm: Get there early to get a seat and socialize
1-3 pm: Class time with lots of yummy treats
2:55pm: Raffling the book “How Not To Diet”
