Asian Pacific American Heritage Month: A Taste of India

Join us in the kitchen as we explore a range of cultural plant-based dishes during Asian Pacific American Heritage Month!
The culinary spotlight will be on the Indian dish korma.
Korma is a type of curry dish traditionally consisting of meat and vegetables, with yogurt or cream, and stock and seasonings to produce a thick sauce. Varun Ponmudi, founder of Aaya’s Table, will teach us how to create a plant-powered, low-fat version of this savory dish without the use of coconut milk.
