Comfort food and Emotional Eating

Come for free supper of samples at 6:00, followed by recipe demonstrations of comfort foods like Mac n “Cheeze”, creamy Corn Chowder, and more, PLUS education support about emotional aspects of eating. Remember, YOU CAN CHOOSE HEALTH by eating plant-strong to help you lose weight, lower BP, and improve heart health, Type 2 diabetes, digestive problems, cholesterol, and energy problems. Each HealthWISE/ClubCHIP class is a different topic and recipes. Open to the public. Each class is a new topic, and is free, but reservation is required.(Donations appreciated.)
