Connection Games

September 21, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Please join us for our first connection event since we moved.

Our Vision is for a community and ultimately, a world in which we relate more deeply, authentically, compassionately, and vulnerably with ourselves and others. We wish to co-create a container of emotional safety, so we will share a space in which we can open our hearts, see one another, and take care of each other. You are invited to participate.

We hope this event will help each of us to connect with each and start to build a community while we learn develop skills that will enable us to:

* Connect more deeply and authentically
* Develop presence and greater awareness of what is going on inside us and motivating us from moment to moment
* Learn to move away from judgements of right and wrong and accept and become curious about others
* Deepen our awareness of how what we say and do impacts others
* Create a safe space when we interact with people in our lives
* Allow ourselves to be vulnerable enough to deepen connection and intimacy

WHAT WE WILL DO

We will engage in a variety of exercises designed to help us to develop the skills mentioned above. These are exercises designed to challenge us to move beyond our comfort zones within a safe container. We want everyone to be in choice at all times. Be prepared to challenge yourself and to say no if you need to in order to take care of yourself. There will also be social time prior to the workshop, after the workshop ends, and during the break.
