YOU CAN CHOOSE HEALTH by eating plant-strong to help you lose weight, lower BP, and improve heart health, Type 2 diabetes, digestive problems, cholesterol, and energy problems. Open to the public. Each class is a new topic, and is free (donations appreciated.) Reservation is required.
