Come for free supper at 6:00, followed by recipe demonstrations of family favorite everyday entrees, tips for weight loss, and education support. YOU CAN CHOOSE HEALTH by eating plant-strong to help you lose weight, lower BP, and improve heart health, Type 2 diabetes, digestive problems, cholesterol, and energy problems.
