• How to make soy yogurt in your instant pot.
• I will also show how to make cream cheese out of the yogurt.
• Lots of set it and forget it oil-free plant-based meals to put into your instant pot in the morning that will be ready to eat when you get home (using delay feature)
• Charts showing how long and how to cook everything in the instant pot, beans, rice, pasta, vegetables, soup, potatoes, etc.
And you get to eat what we cook as well! Eat the food, learn how to make it, and get all the recipes to take home!
