Celebrate our Meetup Anniversary!

Our next meetup will be a day trip to China Date Ranch Farm near Tecopa California. China Ranch is a family owned and operated small farm, a lush piece of greenery near Southern Death Valley.

China Ranch has delicious dates, hiking, birding, and more.

You can join us in your car and caravan your way up there with us, or you can call Maria to reserve a seat in a car ($5 for gas money). Seats are limited. If you’d like to join us in one of the cars, please call Maria at[masked] to reserve a spot.

*We will meet at Einstein Bros. Bagels – 3837 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139, at 8 am, and start the trip to China Ranch at 8:30 am.

The rides to, and from China Ranch will be 1 hr and 45min. Please pack a lunch/snacks/drinks.

Please keep in mind that this is a day trip. We probably won’t be back til about 4-6 pm in the evening. Just depends on how much hiking and/or eating we do.

It’s unusually 15 degrees (°F) warmer at China Ranch than it is in Las Vegas. The prediction for now is that it will be around 80 degrees F. It’s good hiking weather and the dates are in harvest time.
