Join us and enjoy the exotic ambiance and unique flavors of Bamiyan Afghan Restaurant in El Dorado Hills. This Afghan restaurant features authentic and traditional dishes that will make a memorable dining experience. They are willing to prepare several dishes for us that are Vegan and Oil Free. $21 includes Dinner, tax and tip (drinks, appetizers and dessert additional).

Here are the entrees that will be specially provided:

Dinners
All dinners are served with your choice of spinach rice or brown rice, and a choice of one hot vegetable: eggplant, pumpkin puree, sautéed spinach, okra, squash, cauliflower, or potatoes. Afghan bread with seasoned pomegranate sauce are served with all dinners.

***Vegan Ashak***
Boiled dumplings filled with scallions and spinach, yellow peas and a delicious garlic and mint sauce. Served with your choice of eggplant or pumpkin puree.

***Vegan Afghani Pasta***
Specially prepared pasta with fresh vegetables and sauce.

***Vegan Mash Palow***
Special long grain rice cooked with whole green mung beans, served with sautéed spinach, sautéed cauliflower and sweet and spicy pumpkin puree.

***Vegan Dinner***
Served with brown rice, sautéed okra, sweet and spicy pumpkin puree, and eggplant.

***Vegan Platter***
Served with sautéed spinach, sautéed potato, sweet and spicy pumpkin puree and eggplant.

***Vegan Delight***
Served with spinach rice, sautéed squash, eggplant, and sautéed cauliflower.

Note, these are all Oil Free. They are savory and healthy. This is the owners first time trying to enter this market. Lets see if we can help them, and us. We need more nice places to eat in the Sacramento Area. If we can make this evening a success, perhaps they will make this menu a regular part of their operation.
