DINING OUT: A Tough Challenge

Dining out is a tough challenge for whole food plant based eaters, but there are some tips, tricks, and strategies for successfully navigating restaurant menus. We’ll explore these skills, and apply them as, together, we workshop the menus of some of your favorite local restaurants.

___First Sunday in October, the 6th, I will do the cooking demo at Vegetarian
Society of East Tennessee. I’ll be making dry condiments, i.e. tasty
things to sprinkle on your food.
___October Plant Based Group meeting will be our first potluck, plus a short
program on boosting immunity.
___November Plant Based Group meeting will be a “Make.Take.Share” cooking
demonstration featuring delicious plant based dishes to make, take, and
share at upcoming holiday gatherings. And we will review strategies for
dealing with family, friends and food pushers.
