I’m super excited to be doing this again next week (March 7) with Josh and his team! The first one was amazing, and this one is shaping up to be another outstanding, and of course delicious, evening!

In case you haven’t heard, I’m teamed up with my life-long friend and renowned chef Josh DeChellis to bring a healthy, all vegan, plant based, whole food, meal to our community at Juniper Hill, his beautiful restaurant in Annandale, NJ.
.
I set the parameters, vegan (no meat, dairy, or animal products), no oil, no sugar or sweeteners, and lots of whole (minimally processed) plants. Josh and his team take over from there, to create delicious, beautiful, healthy dishes that I’m sure you will enjoy.

I’ll be there to answer questions and chat throughout the night.

We have expanded the seating for the March event in order to accommodate more reservations, but please don’t wait. I really don’t want you to miss it.
