Easy Breakfast & Lunch Ideas PLUS Travel Tips

This HealthWISE/ClubCHIP class will feature easy plant-based breakfast and lunch ideas (like mock tuna) AND tips for traveling and eating out. Class will begin with sampling supper at 6:00 pm, then recipe demos, and education support for heart-healthy lifestyle to help you lose weight, lower BP, and improve heart health, Type 2 diabetes, digestive problems, cholesterol, and energy problems You do not need to bring anything, but reservation is required! Each class is a different topic and recipes. Open to all and free (donation appreciated).
