Disclaimers-

Farm Safety:
• If you will be attending with children, please keep them with you at all times. Ethos Farm is a working farm and as such, there may be farm equipment and other areas that would be hazardous. Please remember to have your children with you at all times while at the Farm.
• Restrooms will be available to the left of the Farm Stand.
• For your own safety and comfort, please wear appropriate footwear. Our Farm has areas of soft earth, gravel and stone paths, uneven surfaces, and wet and/or muddy patches. Please plan to wear safe and comfortable clothing.
• For visitors with limited mobility, we recommend that you get dropped off at the Main House, or if you are traveling alone, please speak with one of our Team Members upon arrival.

Food Safety:
If you will be enjoying a full day at the Farm Day’s Speaker Series please make sure you have your food in a cooler with plenty of ice. Cars get very hot in the summer which will create unsafe food conditions unless properly refrigerated. Ethos will not be able to assist with any cooling needs of food for the potlucks.

Ethos Eco-conscious:
At Ethos we try to leave a very minimal carbon footprint. We ask that during the day’s events you carry out anything that you bring in. Items to bring with you include a reusable water bottle, a plate or bowl, flatware and napkin that is uniquely you for the potluck. We find they are fabulous conversation starters.

Waivers:
The event may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional and archival purposes. By participating in the event, you consent to appearing in images resulting from the photography/video filming. Please see a staff member with any concerns.
