THE SPEAKERS
Dr. Scott Stoll, author of Alive! and co-founder of the Plantrician Project and the International Plant Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference. Every year Dr. Stoll hosts a very popular one-week total health immersion in Florida and helps attendees recover lost health, overcome addictions, and restore emotional balance. He was also featured in the documentary, The Game Changers.
Dr. Saray Stancic, a physician triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Lifestyle Medicine and Executive Producer of the documentary film, code blue: redefining the practice of medicine. Dr. Stancic’s interest in lifestyle medicine is rooted in her personal story as a patient living with multiple sclerosis.
Dr. James Loomis, an internal medicine physician featured in The Game Changers film and former team internist for the St. Louis Rams and the St. Louis Cardinals. Dr. Loomis currently works as a Medical Director at the Barnard Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Caryn Dugan, founder of STLVegGirl and a plant-based nutrition and culinary and lifestyle educator with a simple mission, “A Plant on Every Plate™.” Caryn adopted a plant-based diet in response to her cancer diagnosis in 2008 and after beating cancer, she sought to share her knowledge to help others. Her business is St. Louis’ first fully plant-based entity providing cooking instruction, personal cheffing, meal delivery, and collaborative restaurant events.
Dr. William Li, a physician, scientist, and President and Medical Director of the Angiogenesis Foundation. Dr. Li also wrote the New York Times bestseller Eat to Beat Disease: The New Science of How Your Body Can Heal Itself. His groundbreaking work has led to the development of more than 30 new medical treatments and impacts care for more than 70 diseases including cancer, diabetes, blindness, heart disease and obesity.
