If you’re new to whole food, plant-based nutrition, our introductory session is your launching pad. You’ll get a big-picture look at the evidence-based science of whole food, plant-based nutrition, starter tips and recipes, and answers to your questions! Led by PPMNY’s Brooklyn Organizer Bonnie Hepler, RN, Nutrition Educator Gail Mayer, MS, RD, CDN, and Culinary Educator Cara Santamaria, this session will give you a foundation of knowledge and practical next steps to get started on your path to a plant-based lifestyle. You can also take advantage of our complimentary Plant Powered Lifestyle Mentorship program — matching you with a peer mentor for 30 days — to give you personalized support on your journey to vibrant health.
