Get Started with Whole Food, Plant-Based Nutrition

If you’re new to whole food, plant-based nutrition, our introductory session is your launching pad. You’ll get a big-picture look at the evidence-based science of whole food, plant-based nutrition, starter tips and recipes, and answers to your questions! Led by PPMNY’s Nutrition Educator, Gail Mayer, MS, RD, CDN, and PPMNY Culinary Educator, Brandy Cochrane, this session will give you a foundation of knowledge and practical next steps to get started on your path to a plant-based lifestyle.
Please note that our program is designed for those who are newer to the evidence behind and lifestyle of whole food, plant-based nutrition; if you are well-versed in the subject, you may enjoy other PPMNY events more.
