June 21 at 1pm – 2pm: Kick-Off of Global Jumpstart with PPC Founder Nelson Campbell! Join PlantPure Communities and Nelson Campbell for the official kickoff of the June Global Jumpstart.

June 23 at 1pm – 1:30pm: Global Jumpstart Session with PlantPure Chef Kim Campbell! Q & A with a focus on cooking and the kitchen.

June 25 at 1pm – 2pm: Special Jumpstart session with Michael Klaper, MD! Learn more about Moving Medicine Forward, a Dr. Klaper and PlantPure Communities Medical School Nutrition Education Initiative, and Dr. Klaper’s new Master Class in Clinical Plant-based Nutrition. Dr. Klaper and the PPC team will discuss whole food, plant-based diets in the context of medical schools and students, global pandemics, and the future.

July 1 at 1pm – 2pm: Wrap up with Dr. T. Colin Campbell! This session will involve a reflection on the Global Jumpstart, spotlighting favorite meals, testimonials & a 48-hour recipe swap. We will close out the Jumpstart with an interview of Dr. Campbell focused on his commentaries, recent Op-Ed, and the link between nutrition and COVID-19 and other viruses.
