MEETING DATES: MONDAYS in 2020: March 9th thru May 18th (skipping March 30th and any holidays)

COST: $30 per class (see discount codes below for multi-meeting packages)

CHOOSE: ONE to TEN CLASSES! Package discounts are shown below. Please list the date(s) you wish to attend at checkout (send me a note during registration).

TIME: 6:30 pm-8:30 pm
WHERE: Poway CA (address will be provided prior to your meeting)
PARKING: Plenty of street parking
INCLUDES: A delicious plant based meal in each meeting, nutrition presentations & discussion, LIVE in-class food demos with Tracy’s in-depth food prep & nutrition knowledge, Q&A, recipes, group support & educational materials.

Since 2005 I’ve been thrilled to teach the PCRM Food for Life program in series of 4 or more classes! But one thing I’ve noticed is that participants are so sad to see the series end! Not only do they benefit from the nutrition education, but the group support part and camaraderie is a large part of what they miss. So I have decided to offer a new concept that includes ongoing meetings. You sign up and attend the meetings that work for you!

Healthy U Group Support is a brand new, ongoing plant-powered health education and support program specifically designed to help us harness the power of food so YOU control your FOOD and it does NOT control YOU! This is about MUCH MORE than losing weight (if that’s your goal) it’s about getting healthy first, and healthy, permanent weight-loss is a fortunate side-effect.

We’ll have a healthy, delicious plant-based meal, and enjoy presentations on class topics from heart health to food addiction and more, featuring the award-winning Food for Life program from Dr. Neal Barnard and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
