Hello All,

I hope this email finds you well. I’m looking forward to a summer full of fresh & locally grown veggies! Join me on Sunday afternoon at my house for a Brunch themed potluck. For me eating plant-based means I missed out on my favorite brunch foods… well that’s no longer the case! I’ll use tofu for a frittata that will knock your socks off and chickpea flour version to keep my soy-free folks happy too! Blueberry bake and scones that are gluten free, soy free & vegan…yes they’re yummy. For my husband, there will be a “Mary” bar full of medicinal add ons, no vodka but you won’t miss it! Join him in mixing up a hydrating mineral rich Mary, spicy or not it’s sure to please!
