Ever wonder how to make a foolproof plant-based lasagna? Join Plant Powered Metro New York at Magick City where we’ll get the lowdown with Chef Anthony Spino from Anthony’s Eastside Catering. Anthony will demonstrate how to make a traditional lasagna without added oils, featuring homemade vegan “ricotta” cheese using almonds, cashews, and tofu. This session will introduce you to the rich world of plant-based cheeses. Anthony promises that the process is easy — once you learn, you’ll be able to impress your friends and family.
