This meet-up we will talk about the benefits of cruciferous veggies. Common cruciferous vegetables include: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, collards, Brussel sprouts, and kale.
Eating these powerful greens will improve your health and can actually help erase the effects of chronic illnesses.
The purpose of this meet-up is support to establish/maintain a healthy plant-based diet. There will be simple recipes to include these greens in your daily diet. And we will talk about the benefits of eating healthy, and feeling fantastic!
