Plant Powered Metro New York’s monthly Nutrition Support Circle offers you a chance to connect with others seeking to adopt, or maintain, a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle.

Led by PPMNY Community Support Facilitator Lori Pitkowsky, LSW, Health and Wellness Coach, with PPMNY organizer and psychologist Denise Bassin, PhD, each meeting is an opportunity to share ideas, ask for help, and discuss health goals in a safe and compassionate space.
