Wattles Farm is a charming little oasis in the center of West Hollywood. Hidden up a hill just a couple blocks off Hollywood Boulevard, it’s easy to miss but quickly envelops you as you step through the garden gate. Our congenial host, farmer Toby Leaman, has been head gardenmaster here for many years. She also happens to be vegan, so this is a great place to host a plant-based dinner. Guest chefs Steven Fretz and Marcel Vigneron have strong culinary backgrounds in Los Angeles. Marcel Vigneron is best known as a finalist on Top Chef and his past restaurants in Los Angeles, including plant-based Beefsteak. Steven Fretz has cooked with OITF at Coachella and has lots of experience doing his thing under the open sky.
