Plant-Based Eaters Group Meeting – Beans & Legumes

Tonight, we’ll discuss Beans and other Legumes, some of the healthiest foods on the planet. We really should eat them every day! Sounds boring? You may not think of soy milk, tofu & hummus as beans, but they are!
Beans and lentils come in many shapes & sizes and there are lots of tricks to making them fantastic, fast, and flatulence-proof. Come learn more about this super food and why you want to make them a regular part of your diet!
Whether you are a long-time plant-based eater or are just exploring the idea of eating this way, please join us. We won’t judge, but will share our experiences and can motivate you.
