You’ve been hearing the term “Plant-Based” and wondering what it’s all about. Well, here is your chance to find out how amazing a plant-based diet can taste!

WHAT:
This is an all-you-can-eat Indian vegan buffet dinner. You’ll get to enjoy an amazing array of plant-based (vegan) Indian food, including salad, bread, rice, various entrees, dessert, etc.

WHERE:
Tandoor Indian Restaurant is located in Unit I of Greenwood Commons Shopping Center, a strip shopping center at 5410 NC Hwy 55, just 1 mile off I-40 (Exit 278), at the intersection of Hwy. 55 and Sedwick Road, Durham/RTP NC. Free, convenient parking in shopping center parking lot.

Once you are in the shopping center parking lot, please look for the giant white letters “TANDOOR INDIAN RESTAURANT” on the brickwork above the restaurant.

Event host Michael P and helpers will be there to greet you when you enter the restaurant.

WHEN:
Official event time is 6:30 – 9:00pm. Feel free to arrive at the 6:30 pm start time or slightly later if more convenient.

ATTENDEES:
This event is cross-posted to various local Meetup and Facebook groups, so you’ll get to meet and socialize with lots of other area residents. Feel free to attend by yourself or with others. You may choose to sit with others at a community table or sit on your own.

This event is NOT a singles event. Like my dance party events, this vegan buffet dinner event is open to all, no matter your age, relationship status, race, color, creed, sexual orientation, etc.

Perhaps most important, you need not be vegan to attend. If you’ve wondered what vegan food is all about, this event will give you an opportunity to try it out!

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A VEGAN EVENT, SO ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE EXPECTED TO EAT ONLY VEGAN FOOD! BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE VEGAN TO ATTEND.

COST:
Advance ticket cost is just $18, which includes tax and tip. Cost at the door is $23 (cash only). Cost does not include drinks: Tandoor will have soft drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks available for purchase.
