Plant Healthy Potluck 5/23/19

Join us Thursday May 23rd from 6PM-8PM for a plant-based potluck celebrating Plant Healthy St. Pete, a social group that embraces the health benefits of eating a whole foods plant-based diet!

This month of May we have special guest Jill Edwards joining us from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies! Jill will be giving a presentation about the new Plant-Based Nutrition Certification program they created having partnered with renowned online education provider eCornell, to offer a revolutionary program to help you understand the importance of diet and nutrition for your life! With this certification program, in just a few short weeks you too can arm yourself with the knowledge you need to improve your overall health, learn new skills, or even inspire a career change!

INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a dish to serve 6-8 people and a beverage if you want something other than water, which will be provided. Recipes should be plant-based, low in sugar, salt and fat, and should not contain meat, chicken, fish, oil, eggs, cheese, milk or other dairy products.

Note cards will be available to name your dish and indicate any known allergens like nuts.

Dinnerware, silverware and napkins will be provided.
