We are back with our new summer edition Plant Powered Pop Up Market for June! Looking for some of the best plant based/vegan foods in ABQ?! Well, we will have them all in one place at Remedy Coffee on June 30th! Doors open at 11:30am and it will be a total family friendly event! There will be live music, various vendors and plenty of delicious foods that everyone can enjoy, regardless of your lifestyle! Get your FREE ticket now to be entered in our raffle for various prizes that will be given out! This will be a smaller version of our usual pop up concentrating more on food, but we still will have a variety of other vendors. So tell everyone you know and look out for further details to be added soon!

Wanderlust Menu: Spicy BBQ pulled mushroom sandwiches with coleslaw, mac n cheeze, carrot cake, and cookies n cream donuts!

Remedy Coffee will have a variety of plant based milks and drinks for you to choose from! A couple of their special drinks will be the Soy Remedy and Iced Coconut Matcha Mint! Both can be served hot or cold and with any plant based milk, including oat milk!

Root 66 Food Truck menu:
– Mexican Elote en Vaso w/ vegan cotija cheese, lime and Valentina sauce
-Brisket Nachos w/ vegan shredded meat, nacho cheese and pickled jalapeños
-Red Chile Tamales w/ side of salsa roja
