On February 11, Kim will demonstrate Instant Pot Thai Green Curry Risotto. Once you sign up, you will receive a recipe and shopping list each Friday, and then you can cook along with Kim the following Thursday. You will also receive an email reminder each Thursday, with a button to click to take you to the PlantPure TV YouTube channel for the live show.

You can type questions for Kim into the chat box, or send private messages to other participants during the show. I usually watch the show, and then do the cooking.

I have participated most weeks since this show started, and have learned so much! My favorite recipes so far include Pad Thai, Vegetable Paella, Soba Noodles with Steamed Veggies and Tahini Coconut Ginger Sauce, Enchiladas with Mole Sauce, and a salad featuring soy curls.
