Plant Powered Metro New York and the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan present a virtual conference in honor of Heart Health Month, featuring nutrition pioneer Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr., MD, author of Prevent & Reverse Heart Disease, who demonstrated reversal of advanced heart disease in his research at the Cleveland Clinic. An internationally-renowned surgeon, researcher, and clinician, Dr. Esselstyn is joined by his family of engaging educators to discuss evidence-based, whole-food nutrition in this two-day conference. This virtual conference will consist of four presentations that will take place via Zoom from 11 am–1 pm EST on Wednesdays, Feb 10 and 17. Together we will be inspired to heal our miraculous cardiovascular system — and simultaneously the entire body — through the power of nourishing foods.
