Enjoy an afternoon of learning at Red Fox Farm! During our tour with Farmer Jim Adams, you’ll hear how the farm uses sustainable practices to build healthy soil and grow organic produce. Jennifer Greene of Vegan Long Island will join us to discuss questions about living a whole food, plant-based lifestyle, and our PPMNY volunteers will share how making the transition to whole plant foods has improved their health and quality of life.

Jennifer is a whole food, plant-based nutrition enthusiast who carefully follows and shares the evidence-based science behind this lifestyle. She worked for Dr. Michael Greger in the early days of NutritionFacts.org, the leading non-commercial site for nutrition science.
