All vegan food truck, Root 66 Food Truck is back on Saturday, March 6 at The ABQ Collective from 3pm until 7pm or sold out!

A portion of sales go to benefit Animal Protection of New Mexico!! Menu is in photo section which includes Mole Burrito, Brisket Nachos and BBQ Sandwich.

They now have better estimated times of when food will be ready when ordering. If there is a backup in ordering, they also shutdown ordering briefly to allow them to catch up on orders. If this is the case, just check back. They will be credit card only. No cash.
