All vegan food truck, Root 66 Food Truck is back on Weds, March 17, St. Patrick’s Day at Resource Brewing from 3pm until 7pm or sold out!

A portion of sales go to benefit Animal Protection of New Mexico!! Menu will be placed in photo section when released.

They now have better estimated times of when food will be ready when ordering. If there is a backup in ordering, they also shutdown ordering briefly to allow them to catch up on orders. If this is the case, just check back. They will be credit card only. No cash. Online ordering only as well.

Flourish Mobile Bake Co. (FKA Palm Trees) will also be there selling their delicious sweets. Menu will be in photo section when released.
