YOU CAN CHOOSE HEALTH by eating plant-strong to help you lose weight, lower BP, and improve heart health, Type 2 diabetes, digestive problems, cholesterol, and energy problems. Each HealthWISE/ClubCHIP class is a different topic and recipes. Open to all. Donations appreciated. Reservation required.
