Staying Positive Through The Holidays Workshop

Stress during holiday season is real. But most stressors (like beauty) lie in the eyes of the beholder. The workshop will focus on changing the lens with which we view the current situation & also our stressors.
Paying close attention to the positives in our life can increase our happiness significantly. When we are happy and fulfilled, the negatives in our life dwindle in their importance.
Each participant in the workshop will come up with a personalized plan to enhance their positivity and happiness this holiday season.
Mita Shah Bhaghat will be our guest speaker. She is a health coach trained in lifestyle medicine. She specializes in stress management and sleep hygiene.
