Okay to bring a friend but remember, reservation is required! Come for free supper at 6:00, followed by recipe demonstrations of FIBER-RICH foods like plant-based homemade burger crumbles, baked chickpeas, barley burgers, and more, PLUS education support about fiber-rich eating. Remember, YOU CAN CHOOSE HEALTH by eating plant-strong to help you lose weight, lower BP, and improve heart health, Type 2 diabetes, digestive problems, cholesterol, and energy problems.
