Please join us for a presentation, “The Climate Crisis and Food Solutions” by Linda Hendrickson, followed by discussion.
Linda will weave together her personal journey from SAD diet to WFPB; connections between food and climate; and three solutions from the book “Drawdown” that everyone can do to help: Eat a plant-rich diet, reduce food waste, and compost. Take a look inside her refrigerator and compost bins, and see how she and her husband make sure they never waste any restaurant food. Bring your own suggestions to share with everyone.
