Thriving Being Vegan/Plant-based in an Unfriendly World

January 28, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Vegan. Plant-based. WFPB…
For a long time, these were strange terms to most people, yet are becoming more common today. However, there is still a lot of resistance, antagonism and even prejudice against people who eat only plants, want to protect animals and are concerned about the environment/planet. We are definitely a minority group!

In this seminar you will learn:
> how new ideas follow a certain path of adoption
> understanding our own triggers
> steps to stay cool-headed, and to thrive!
