(2 Corn Gorditas stuffed with Vegan Shredded Meat & Potatoes
in Red Chile Sauce, Lettuce and Tomato)

-Green Chile Gorditas
(2 Corn Gorditas stuffed with Vegan Shredded Meat & Potatoes
in Spicy Green Chile Sauce, Onions, Cilantro and Guac Sauce)

-Picadillo Gorditas (Gluten Free)
(2 Corn Gorditas stuffed with Seasoned Vegan Ground Beef
& Potatoes, Onions, Cilantro and Salsa Verde)

-Root 66 Brisket Gorditas
(2 Corn Gorditas stuffed with Vegan Brisket, Onions, Cilantro,
Cabbage, Guac Sauce and Salsa Roja

-Mexican Sodas (Natural Cane Sugar)
Limon – Mandarina – Sangria – Manzana – Tamarindo

All gordita orders will be $10. A portion of the sales will go to benefit Animal Protection of New Mexico.
Norteno, Banda and Ranchera music all evening!!!!

In addition, Palm Trees Confections Gallery will be joining us with some classic Mexican conchas and other awesome treats!!!

Palm Trees will be serving:
• Vanilla and chocolate topped conchas
• GLUTEN FREE CONCHAS! The new and improved recipe. These will be limited!
• Scratch made fruity tajin lollipops
• Marranitos (Like gingerbread cookies but some much more flavorful and rich!)
• Eggnog Cupcakes (GLUTEN FREE available!)
