Join Us For This FUN Event Hosted by both http://www.VeganTriangle.org + http://www.aPlantBasedDiet.org
Please call Royal India restaurant @ (919)[masked] to make your Reservation & Get On The ALL VEGAN BUFFET List… It’s okay if you don’t call to make a reservation… just show up 🙂 We will have a spot for you, first come, first served.
In addition, please feel free to arrive at anytime between 5:30pm and 8:30pm… The buffet will be available at your convenience for the entire length of the event.
Price Per Adult is JUST $17, kids under 9 are $8.50 + no cost for kids 3 and under. A portion of the proceeds goes to our aPlantBasedDiet.org 501(c)(3) non-profit (our ALL VOLUNTEER org that runs our http://www.VeganTriangle.org Facebook Group – the largest vegan group in the Triangle )… so your entry fee is Tax Deductible to the full extent of the law! 🙂

Chana Peshawar – chickpeas slowly simmered with tart pomegranate seeds cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices
Zucchini Masala – fresh zucchini cooked with tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, and spices
Aloo Mutter – potatoes and peas cooked with ginger, tomatoes, and mild spices
Moog Daal – simmered split green gram sautéed with tomatoes, ginger, cumin, onions, and fresh garlic
Palak – creamy spinach sauce
Vegetable Samosas – seasoned potatoes and peas wrapped in a light pastry
Mixed Vegetable Pakoras – an assortment of vegetables dipped in chickpea flour batter and fried.
