Help spread the word about the benefits of a plant-based diet to patrons at Heavenly Village (12-1), then head to a nearby restaurant for a tasty vegan lunch (1-2). After lunch, we’ll conduct a fur protest at Sidestreet Boutique (2-3). Finally, join Anonymous for the Voiceless for a Cube of Truth at Heavenly Village (3-5). Join for all or any of these great events – do it all and make a day of it!

Posters and leaflets will be provided. Meet at noon at the Northeast corner of Park and Tahoe Blvd (i.e., on the sidewalk in front of Azul restaurant).

Leafletters estimate that for every 200 vegan leaflets distributed, one person goes vegan. That’s 100 animals saved per year, or thousands over the course of a new vegan’s life. Let’s see if we can create 10 new vegans and save 25,000 animals!

We’ll educate passersby and hand out literature from Noon to 1:00 pm. Then we’ll hit a nearby restaurant (e.g., Baja Fresh, Fatburger) for a vegan lunch. At 2 pm or so, we’ll head to Sidestreet Boutique to protest its sale of fur.
