Join us on February 25th at 6:30 PM in the at 6300 Telephone Road. Our special guest this time will be Inge Leibold. Born in Germany, Inge switched to a plant-based diet when she moved to the United States and proceeded to raise six kids plant-based from birth. She has more than 40 years of experience cooking, catering events and, in recent years, serving as a regular presenter at a monthly cooking club in Oregon. She loves to cook and help others learn how to eat better and live healthier. Fortunately, we were able to persuade her to do a live cooking demo for us during her California visit. You will enjoy her charming personality, broad knowledge of food and health, and zest for cooking and healthy living. Bring someone you care enough about to invite and tell them first time participants are not expected to bring a dish. See you there!
