Shannon, Creator of Neek and Nan’s Fresh Seasonings, Sauces & More, is a cooking instructor and personal chef, specializing in Caribbean cuisine. Her recipes are intensely flavorful, bold and simple to recreate. After learning about the direct correlation between food and health, she overcame her own health conditions, like genetic high cholesterol, by changing her diet. Equipped with nutritional knowledge, she aims to spread life-saving information to the world in the form of deliciousness.
Neek and Nan’s recipes offer a twist on various cuisines, recreating traditional dishes to their plant-based counterparts, without compromising on flavor and satiation. Dishes are created to maintain nutritional value, low-sodium, sugar-free, soy-free and often gluten-free. Feel free to indulge, guilt-free.
Join Shannon as we create a deliciously divine yet simple vegan appetizer and entree. Roasted Eggplant dip/appetizer and Jamaican Jerk Mushroom Pasta (gluten-free).
