VEGANS AND SPIRITUALITY, WITH KRISTINA RUNSKE, WEDS. SEPT. 4 AT 6 PM

Many vegans experience a heightened sense of spirituality, and even a spiritual awakening, when they embrace and practice vegan living. This is to be expected, as eating meat dulls the spiritual perceptions.

The question arises, what can be done about this heightened spiritual awareness? MANY vegans are uncomfortable with faith traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and others. Some are agnostic or even atheist. What about the spiritual aspects of veganism for them?

On Weds Sept. 4 at 6 pm, Kristina Runske will address these questions, and the subject of vegans and spirituality. Kristina has a revolutionary concept and ideas about solutions. Solutions which vegans of all faith traditions, or of no tradition at all, would be comfortable with.

To begin the presentation, you will hear the inspiring experience of Zoey Arielle Poulsen, who had a life-transforming change in her spiritual awareness, when she became vegan.

Then Kristina will share about spirituality and spiritual practice for ALL vegans, regardless of faith traditions or the absence of such traditions. You will be surprised and delighted at what she has to offer.

A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you care to eat vegan dinner plus the presentation. Why so inexpensive? Because we are a small local nonprofit dedicated to serving the community, not out to make a buck.
