Plant Powered Metro New York’s next 21-Day Plant-Powered Jumpstart, hosted by the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan in the Upper West Side, kicks off June 2 and runs through June 26th. The program is designed to support community members in diving into a healthy plant-based lifestyle and learning new skills and habits.

The program includes dietary and meal-planning resources; kitchen skills and two cooking classes; medical oversight by a board-certified physician; volunteer mentors; a social support network; and basic biometric testing.
