Explore the plant-based culinary realm in the far southeast and bring Thai-Chinese cuisine into your plant-based kitchen. Chef Tida Wei will lead us in making nam tok hed (Thai spicy grilled mushroom salad) and mala mapo tofu (Chinese tofu dish). Come infuse your tastebuds with mouthwatering flavors and aromas from her Bangkok kitchen!
Tida Wei is a professional plant-based chef consultant assisting eateries to develop and present plant-based menu options. She is certified in eCornell Plant Based Nutrition. Chef Tida is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
