Mary Yuter, RN, CCRN, worked as a cardiac ICU nurse in New York City for 13 years. She is now the founder of Heart to Soul Cardiac Wellness, LLC, recently published a book called Heart to Soul Cardiac Wellness, and conducts classes to help people prevent heart disease, recover from a heart attack, and prepare for, or recuperate from a cardiac event such as an open heart surgery. Mary is also certified in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, as well as Cardiac Medical Yoga and ISHTA yoga.
