Take a virtual tour of delicious plant-based meals from different cultures of the world! Brooklyn chefs will demonstrate the unique flavors of Ayurvedic tradition, Jamaican cuisine, and Southern soul food, all prepared using only plant foods without processed ingredients. Participants will take home these recipes and more and learn nutrition basics for overcoming chronic illness.
