All of the recipes posted here are either original, re-created, copied or adapted from other recipes, and indicated as such.
All recipes are vegan and plant-based, which means they contain no animal products or by-products, virtually nothing processed in a factory; limited or no oil, no refined sugar, and limited salt. I sweeten many of the desserts I make with date paste, real maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce or real fruit.
There is so much flavor and taste in these recipes because they are made with whole, nutrient-rich legumes, potatoes, grains, seeds, vegetables, greens, fruits, nuts, and truly natural, salt-free seasonings.
