Anyways, my full name is Caitlin Ann Shoemaker, I am in my 20s, I currently live in Miami, FL, and I am a full-time blogger and content creator. I am vegan for my health, the animals, and the planet, and have been living this lifestyle since July 2015.
I created From My Bowl in early 2016 because I am so very passionate about sharing the power of plants with…you! I believe that vegan food does not have to be expensive, complicated, and/or bland. I also know that I feel my best when I eat a diet that primarily consists of whole plant foods, so most of the recipes on my site reflect this. But I also believe that every once in a while you gotta #treatyoself, so there are some recipes along those lines too.
